Passport Eatz was founded by four brothers who share a deep-rooted passion for food and culture. Growing up on the beautiful island of Jamaica, we were surrounded by the rich flavors, vibrant traditions, and comforting aromas of our homeland. After moving to the United States, we found ourselves longing for the tastes of our childhood the smoky spice of jerk chicken sizzling on the grill, the sweetness of ripe mangoes, and the slow-cooked perfection of curried goat.

Driven by our love for traditional Jamaican recipes, we envisioned a restaurant that would not only celebrate the essence of our island cuisine but also embrace modern techniques and global flavors. This vision led to the creation of Passport Eatz, a fusion concept that brings the soul of Jamaican cooking to a contemporary dining experience. Our menu reflects this innovative approach, blending authentic Jamaican flavors with global influences to create bold, unforgettable dishes. Some of our signature items include: One Love: A unique sandwich served on soft coco bread, filled with spicy jerk chicken, pineapple coleslaw, and paired with a tangy dipping sauce.
